How do I place my order?
Demyto.com has easy to use and hassle free functionality to order any Product or Accessory from the
dealer.
Any product or accessory can be orders via three simple steps as mentioned below on
www.demyto.com
1. Go to Home Page and Search any product or accessory you want to buy.
2. A Search results will be displayed with list of Products and Accessories. You can sort the product
based on relevance, location or price.
3. Customer can select the product best suited and click on Add to Cart to Proceed to checkout.
Customer can select payment options as "Pay directly at the dealer" or "Cash on delivery" for any
product or accessories and also for any quantity.
Once the product is ordered, seller will get order confirmation email and customer order will be
processed.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order anytime before the order has been placed to the seller. A change in the
order after order has been placed at the seller is dependent on seller terms and conditions to change
the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of the order is depend upon seller's Terms and Conditions. Demyto.com doesn't take any
responsibility for the cancellation of the order unless it is permitted by the seller.
Can I order after Deal of the week or specific deal is over?
Seller has rights to offer specific product or accessory to the customer under special price even after
Deal of the week or specific deal is over. Demyto.com objective is to create buyer's world and what is
beneficial to the buyer.
Demyto.com can request on behalf of the customer to the seller to make a product available at special
price based o the request from customer.
Returns
How do I return product or accessory purchased on www.demyto.com?
Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or
'Not as Described' state. You may also conveniently reply directly from your email to the seller or
returns@demyto.com
Returns are subject to the Seller's return policy.
Exceptions:
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing,
freebies and accessories.
Defective/damaged products or accessories that are covered under the manufacturer's
warranty.

Replacement
If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by the
Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may
