Dent Removal

Demyto technicians use electronic dent pullers, which helps in better dent removal while ensuring strength of metal is retained.

Body-filler Application

After dent removal process, the skilled technician applies body filler to the impacted panel to restore the exact shape of panel.

Surface Preparation

A coat of 2k primer is applied over the impacted panel for the final paint while providing ani-rust properties to the metal.

Paint Masking

Before the final application of paint in a dust-free paint booth the not-to-be-painted parts are masked with an industry grade paper.

Paint Application

The right combination of tinters, hardner and thinner are mixed and base coat is applied using spray guns in a dust-free paint booth environment.
