As Demyto is a one-stop solution, the services provided by us-

Car Servicing (with different types of packages), Car Repairing and Denting-Painting.

3)    What is included in Servicing Package?

ANS: Servicing package is all inclusive which required for schedule servicing i.e. Servicing, Washing, Internal vacuuming, Dashboard Polishing, Oil Change, Oil Filter Change, Air Filter Change, Wiper Fluid shampoo.

4)    What is one-month Warranty?

ANS: provides one month warranty on servicing repairs. At the time of Vehicle delivery, provide warranty card on which all the details of Servicing work is mentioned. 

5)    How to claim a warranty?

ANS: Customer always can call to to claim that warranty or else they can directly visit garage with warranty card.

6)    What are the options to book the appointment after buying a servicing package?

ANS: Appointment can be book through Website, Mobile App or Call to Customer Care Executive 8007899099

7)    Can the customer get Free Pick & Drop service?

 ANS: Yes

8)    Where can customer book an appointment?

ANS: has on-boarded more than 100 service stations where the customer can book an appointment.

9)  Do customer need to pay any extra amount after buying Servicing Package?

 ANS: No

10)    In which case customers need to pay extra amount?

ANS: If any extra work occurs other than inclusions or any other spare parts if required then in that case customer need to pay an extra cost.

11)    Is there any time limit in which 3 servicing must be completed?

 ANS: No there is No such Time limit. The customer can do 3 servicing within an undefined period.

12)    Can the customer get Refund in any case?

ANS: Depend upon case to case basis

13)    Which company Oil will be used at the time of service?

ANS: assures that All Branded Company’s Oil will use like Servo, Woorth, Shell, Castrol, Mobile, Bosch etc.

14)    How can the customer make payment?

ANS: Customer can pay by Cash / Cheque / DD / NEFT

15)     Can customer transfer this coupon to his family, friends, relatives?

ANS: Yes but Coupon can be transferable in case of the same vehicle e.g. Purchased package is for Maruti Wagon R can be exchanged against another  Maruti Wagon             R only and not for any other car.

16) What is Fix Price Servicing package?

ANS: Fix Price Servicing Package is a set of All inclusive 3 servicing.
